Product Update: Hamstring Claw in Prone Variation

The Hamstring Claw variations provide an ability to load the hamstring simultaneously over the hip and knee in a 'claw like action' similar to that experienced during the late swing and early stance phases of gait. Supine claw has been used for some time by KangaTech users in the field.

Prone claw has now been added to the suite of test and train protocols. This position allows higher force measures to be tested without a need for additional counter stabilisation of the pelvis, usually achieved via a belt or external weight when testing and training at high foces supine.
